Minimum Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED AND • 3+ years in a distribution center or warehouse environment AND 5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role Preferred Qualifications: • SAP or Oracle experience • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a diverse team • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting • Knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes • Familiarity with inventory management systems and software (e.g., WMS) • Understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to warehouse operations RSREMD Pay Range for this position - $28.00 - $44.00/Hour The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
