• You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT domain with a focus on Identity and Access Management topics. • You have deep hands-on experience with SSO design and implementation across Keycloak and Azure Entra ID using OIDC and SAML, including identity federation and brokered trust configurations. • You have proven expertise in Privileged Access Management integration, covering vault roles, approval workflows, SSH and database access controls, session isolation, and auditing — with experience in platforms such as Infisical PAM or similar solutions. • You bring a strong IAM governance background, including least-privilege access principles, RBAC and ABAC models, access reviews, attribute and claim governance, and compliance documentation. • You have demonstrated experience implementing passwordless authentication using passkeys (FIDO2 and WebAuthn) with PKCE-backed flows and robust fallback and recovery strategies. • You have experience with automated provisioning and deprovisioning processes, including cross-system synchronization of users, groups, and roles. • You are proficient in monitoring, logging, incident response, and creating operational runbooks for IAM and security platforms. • You can produce architecture diagrams, training materials, and handover documentation for IAM and security teams, and you bring strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead end-to-end IAM projects from design through to implementation.
