Fixed Assets Specialist

requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent accounting license is a nice to have but not required. • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fixed asset accounting. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in fixed asset management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is essential. • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of local and international accounting standards related to fixed assets (e.g., IFRS, GAAP). • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to various stakeholders. • Global Perspective: Experience working in a global environment with an understanding of different regional practices and regulations. • Work Environment: Willingness to work at BGC, Taguig, mid shifts (3 PM - 12 PM) and Night shifts (9 PM - 6 AM).
