Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, or a related technical field, with 7+ years of experience in chemical operations or manufacturing, demonstrating progressive responsibility; or 10 years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree. • Experience in managing a small to medium sized team direct or in-directly or 5 people or more. Preferred Qualifications: • Strong preference for semiconductor industry experience. • Background in customer management as a service provider. • Proven track record in issue resolution and customer prioritization. • Ability to lead teams in meeting safety, health, and environmental standards. • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and ISO quality systems required. • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence others. • Strong presentation skills, able to communicate clearly to customers and executives. • Proficient in business software, particularly Microsoft Office; capable of learning company-specific systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and experienced with labor models and ERP systems. • Experience in implementing solutions for cost reduction and continuous improvement. • Willingness to travel, including overnight and potential international trips, with approximately 10% travel expected.
