Become part of our team as a Bioprocess Applications Engineer 3, supporting the development and application of integrated platform solutions for next-generation bioprocessing. Lead the integration of PAT sensors and inline spectroscopy, and drive technical strategy in process and analytical tools. Ideal for experienced engineers with a strong background in bioprocessing and technical project leadership.

Minimum Qualifications: • Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering or other engineering discipline OR • Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering or other engineering discipline AND 4+ years of industry experience OR • Bachelor's degree in a Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering or other engineering discipline AND 5+ years of industry experience Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in biopharmaceutical process development, PAT implementation, or analytical method development in a biomanufacturing context, with a demonstrated track record of leading technical projects to completion • Technical expertise and hands-on experience with PAT sensors, inline spectroscopy (e.g., Raman), chemometric model development, process automation, and downstream biomanufacturing unit operations • Experience leading projects of moderate to extended complexity, driving results and meeting milestones with excellent problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and strong adherence to data integrity and cGMP documentation standards • Ability to communicate effectively with peers, customers, vendors, and stakeholders through written technical reports, oral presentations, timely discussions and experience mentoring junior engineers • Ability to apply engineering and scientific principles to resolve technical challenges of extended scope and complexity, with the ability to translate analytical insights into actionable process improvements and strategic recommendations RSREMD Pay Range for this position: $84,900 - $127,300 annually The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
