The Position Data Consolidation & Dashboard Reporting
• End-to-End Data Transformation: Audit and analyze the current APAC database of installed digital products by consolidating data from disparate dashboards and complex, unstructured reports. You will verify this information, follow up with regional affiliates to ensure data completeness and accuracy, and transform it into structured datasets to generate a single, reliable data report.
• Dashboard Creation: Design and implement centralized, user-friendly dashboards (using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel) to manage analytics, visualize this newly structured data, track KPIs, and serve as a single source of truth for future strategic decisions.
Market Validation & Risk Assessment
• Affiliate Validation: Partner and communicate directly with regional affiliates to validate existing deployments, local market data, opportunity pipelines and business information.
• Lifecycle & Risk Tracking: Gather and document critical product lifecycle data—including current software versions/upgrades,timelines, local adoption barriers, and potential technical, regulatory, or commercial risks.
Qualification:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query).
• Strong ability to clean, structure, and synthesize unstructured data from multiple disparate sources into a cohesive report.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in reaching out to and collaborating with diverse regional teams and affiliates across APAC.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify local market adoption barriers and document technical, regulatory, or commercial risks.
• Willing to work at Singapore Kallang Avenue.
• Able to commit at least 6 months internship.
