Associate Director, People & Organisation

Your new role In this role, you will lead the People & Organisation function for our Thailand affiliate, partnering closely with business leaders to design and deliver HR strategies that fuel growth, build capability, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture. You will oversee a broad remit spanning talent, organisational development, and change management – making this a uniquely impactful leadership position.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Designing and executing HR strategies that align with the organisation's goals and future needs, ensuring scalability and compliance across the affiliate - Leading and managing HR teams to deliver effective solutions across recruitment, onboarding, capability building, talent management, and performance management - Driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that foster a workplace where every colleague can thrive - Leading organisational change and development projects that support business transformation and align with strategic objectives - Partnering with functional leaders to identify workforce challenges and provide strategic HR guidance that supports business growth and operational excellence - Overseeing internal communications, facility management, and Health & Safety including local security

Your new department In People, Organisation & Corporate Affairs, you will be part of a team that enhances employee engagement and attracts top talent to ensure Novo Nordisk remains a premier choice for exceptional individuals. You will lead a team of 7 people within our Thailand affiliate, operating as part of the APAC People & Organisation network. This is a highly visible role with deep connections across regional and global stakeholders, giving you the opportunity to influence people strategy at scale while making a tangible difference locally.

Your skills & qualifications We are looking for a seasoned HR leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and brings both strategic vision and hands-on execution. To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- A Bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles with proven team management capability - Demonstrated expertise in HR strategy implementation, organisational change projects, and talent management - Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels of the organisation - Business acumen and analytical skills to translate complex HR data into actionable solutions that drive organisational performance - English fluent written & oral, Thai language an advantage
