Plant Engineer (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES The Plant Engineer (m/f/d) ensures the technical availability of assigned assets and oversees maintenance and reliability activities, as well as investment planning and execution. Additionally, they ensure regulatory compliance concerning inspections and obligations within their area of responsibility.
KEY TASKS:
• Ensures the operability, reliability, and integrity of the assigned assets
• Manages the maintenance activities related to inspection, repairs, and turn-arounds of the assigned assets; initiates, monitors, and tracks work orders
• Plans, executes, and monitors multiple basic budget ( WHO YOU ARE
• Degree in process / chemical engineering (BSc, MSc, or advanced) or comparable discipline
• Several years of combined experience in engineering and/or manufacturing
• Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical skill
• Competent knowledge of fine chemicals production processes
• Proven track record in project and/or maintenance roles within the chemical industry
• Strong technical and general economic competencies
• Good communication skills, able to lead a team in a project-related environment
• Good interdisciplinary knowledge of engineering processes and tools
• Very good English and German skills
