Job Description:

• Achieving commercial financial objectives: sales target, growth, and expenses management

• Leading multiple salespersons across a territory

• Managing customers engagement: doctors/surgeons, nurses, hospital management, purchasers

• Presenting market insights: market dynamics, competition landscape, threats, and opportunities

• Providing short term strategies to ensure annual targets and KPIs are achieved

• Maintaining close coordination with support functions: finance, supply chain, compliance, and legal to ensure smooth business operation
