The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and digitally fluent Quality Metrics & Digital Insights Specialist to join the PT Quality (PTQ) organization. In this impactful role, you will partner across global sites and functions to design and deliver data-driven solutions, dashboards, and advanced analytics that power decision-making and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the Pharma Technical (PT) network. Working at the intersection of Quality, Data Science, and Digital Innovation, you will be a key enabler of Roche’s digital quality transformation and a contributor to governance forums such as MRoQ.

• You are responsible for developing and managing scalable, AI-enabled dashboards and performance scorecards using tools like Tableau and generative AI to deliver automated insights and proactive risk signals.

• You are building on modern data platforms like Snowflake to create trusted, reusable data products that enhance traceability and drive consistency across the quality network.

• You are harmonizing Key Quality Indicators (KQIs) in collaboration with PT sites and global functions to ensure consistency, data integrity, and comparability.

• You are driving digital quality solutions and predictive analytics use cases in close partnership with QDE, IIx, and other technical teams.

• You are applying Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design principles to advance user-centric, intuitive, and scalable digital analytics tools.

• You are fostering cross-functional collaboration, leading data literacy initiatives, and coordinating the MRoQ network to align quality reporting and regulatory readiness.

Who you are

• You hold a Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

• You bring 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industries with deep exposure to quality systems, operational excellence, or digital transformation.

• You are highly skilled in business intelligence tools, large datasets, databases, and reporting platforms, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• You possess a strong understanding of GMP, ICH Q10, and the principles of risk-based quality systems.

• You are characterized by strong critical thinking and the ability to synthesize complex data to drive insight-based decision-making.

• You demonstrate the ability to lead independently, influence without authority, and foster inclusive, high-performing, cross-functional teams.

Preferred

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

In this position, you will be partnering with customers across Canada, therefore a proficient level of English is required and French may be required depending on geographical location.

Relocation benefits are not available for this posting. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 136,936.00 and 179,728.50 of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors as determined by the company.
