Aledade is actively recruiting a Senior Accountant to assist in reviewing and accounting for payments to our partner practices. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for calculating and preparing all distributions made to our partner practices and ensure the amounts paid are in accordance with the participation agreements. This person will also work across the company on any contractual requirements related to provider payments and Participation Agreements. This role requires an extreme attention to detail and the candidate must have a track record of generating and maintaining systems of record.
The ideal candidate for this role is fluent with U.S. GAAP, demonstrates excellent critical thinking skills, is able to work diligently and accurately, and is technologically savvy.
We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or be based from Bethesda, MD office.
