Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of financial reporting and accounting strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.

• Manage and develop a high-performing team of financial reporting and accounting professionals.

• Oversee budgeting processes and ensure accurate financial planning within scope of responsibility.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls through regular testing, audits, and monitoring activities.

• Deliver timely statutory, financial, and management reports to internal and external stakeholders.

• Drive integrity and efficiency of financial systems across tax, inventory, payments, and purchasing data.

• Lead risk management processes, ensuring effective controls, compliance, and audit readiness.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Proven experience in financial reporting, accounting, and compliance in a complex organization.

• Strong knowledge of financial controls, statutory reporting, and audit processes.

• Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

• Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret and communicate financial data clearly.

Desirable Requirements

• Master of Business Administration degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification.

• Working knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
