Job Description Key Responsibilities
• Act as a strategic liaison translating legal and business needs into scalable product roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Lead discovery workshops to analyze legal processes and identify automation and transformation opportunities.
• Translate legal requirements into functional designs in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Drive development of GenAI-powered solutions, including contract review, risk flagging, and negotiation support.
• Design and guide retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, agent orchestration, and artificial intelligence control frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end implementation including configuration, user testing, release planning, and continuous optimization.
• Foster stakeholder engagement through training, enablement, and change management initiatives.
• Define and track performance metrics to measure adoption, efficiency, and business impact.
• Skilled in implementing AI evaluation and safety controls, including prompt testing, golden datasets, hallucination detection, red-teaming, and content safety mechanisms.
Essential Requirements
• Degree in Law, such as Bachelor of Laws or Master of Laws, with strong legal operations, legal technology, and contracting experience.
• Significant (12+ years) experience in legal technology delivery, including exposure to generative artificial intelligence solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with contract life-cycle management platforms, including templates, workflows, approvals, and governance models.
• Strong understanding of generative artificial intelligence concepts including retrieval augmented generation and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems using application programming interfaces, webhooks, and data pipelines.
• Proficiency within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and low-code automation tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
• Proven techno-functional expertise translating legal requirements into scalable technology solutions and collaborating effectively with engineering teams, as well as demonstrated proficiency in developing PowerPoint presentations.
Desirable Requirements
• Certifications in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Artificial Intelligence.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and analytics
• Experience in managing corporate transactions, litigation, and intellectual property matters, ideally in a pharma or highly regulated environment, and exposure to legal tech tools.
