Production Technician (Aseptic Processing) Nijmegen Full-time
Two-shift schedule (07:00 – 15:30 and 11:30 – 20:00, (the second shift will change to 13:30–22:00 at a later stage) No weekend shifts.
What will you be doing? Every day, you will work with advanced aseptic production equipment in a modern GMP-controlled cleanroom where quality always comes before quantity. Together with your colleagues, you will produce sterile medicines for early clinical studies that may become tomorrow's treatments for patients worldwide. As our production continues to grow, you will help introduce new products, take ownership of your work and contribute to continuous improvement.
Your work includes:
• Perform aseptic filling of sterile vials according to GMP procedures.
• Work in a Grade B cleanroom while following strict aseptic and contamination control guidelines.
• Prepare, clean and change over production equipment.
• Inspect sterile products and packaging to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identify production issues, investigate root causes and contribute ideas that make our processes safer, simpler and more efficient.
• Complete batch records and production documentation in digital systems.
• As new clinical medicines enter production, you will help introduce new manufacturing processes and support validation activities.
• Work closely with colleagues from Production, Quality and other departments.

Who are you? You enjoy working in a cleanroom where quality and precision matter. You stay focused when challenges arise, think in solutions and enjoy working closely with your colleagues to deliver high-quality work. We are looking for someone with:
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent level of working and thinking, gained through education or relevant experience.
• Experience with aseptic manufacturing in a GMP environment.
• Experience working in a Grade B cleanroom.
• Knowledge of GMP and aseptic techniques.
• Good spoken and written English. Dutch is an advantage but not required.
• A positive attitude and a proactive approach to solving problems.
• A Certificate of Conduct (VOG), required for this position.
